1992 Honda Civic fuel pump/electrical

Engine Mechanical problem
1992 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 228xxx miles

My fuel pump does not turn on. than it will turn on car starts, running for a little bit than stalls out...tested everything with another main relay same problem etc...also i have no blinkers only headlights and brake lights..please someone help me what do i need???

Check power and ground to the fuel pump when the vehicle does not turn on.
