1992 Honda Civic car shakes

I have a 92 honda Civic. when i start to drive it, it starts to shake. when i hit almost 50 the whole car and the steering wheel shakes. what could be causing this?

Could be worn front end parts, tires out of balance or possibly a tire coming apart. Try rotating the tires straight front to back and see if it makes a difference
