Car was fine then temp gauge was hot and radiator had a small hole in it. Replaced the radiator, it ran fine and 2 days later, engine running hot again. Checked the thermostat and it seems fine. What else could it be?

Did you replace the radiator? If so, did you bleed the coolant system properly? By properly I mean letting it burp for a fan cycle with the rad cap off and heater fan on hot. Did you let it burp until the thermostat opened up?

if not, re-bleed your coolant system.
