1992 Honda Civic

I started my car a couple days ago, and the spark plug came out of the cylinder. I was wondering what would be the best solution for fixing this.

Check to see if the threads are all damaged. If they are not, just purchase a new spark plug and torque it down to spec. The last person who put the plugs in, probably left them a bit loose.
