1991 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 196K miles

well my car makes this horrible noise on the inside and my speedometer jumps from 40 to 75 and then tweeters between that and 80. the noise stops when the car stops but then continues after you take off again. aye yai yai
