1991 Honda Civic size of distributor mount screws?

These appear to be Torx screws holding the rotor/igniter mod in on the frame. T10 is too small and T15 won't hold. Could they be Metric Torx? I thought Torx was, well Torx.

Forget about the Torx.

Use 12 mm hex box or ring on outer size.
