1991 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I opened the radiator cap. I put my finger in the hole and there is oil on my finger. what is wrong.

could be a leak in the headgasket. only way to find out is to performa cylinder compression and leakdown test and see if they are within specs or not
