Ok well i'm due for a oil change in my car and I want to know if using a high mileage oil in my car such as Castrol, Quaker State, Mobile 5000, or Penzoil would be good for the engine since it has over 190,000 miles on the engine. I'm just not too sure about it and would like some advice. I use 5w-30 in it. Also I want to use a bottle of motor flush to help clean out the engine, but will I have to drain a quart of oil out to put it in?

I wouldn't engine flush the engine, I've never liked those products on older vehicles.

I'd use a 10w30 high mileage oil. Castol makes a decently priced product.

Or you can use a 5w30 with an oil stabilizer to help the engine out a bit. However this is a more expensive option.
