91 civic with duel point efi. it wont start the efi is flooding the engine. all fuses are good.good spark. timing belt good.relay? ign switch? it ran fine parked for 2 months then tryed to move it now this. would be gratefull for any help.

Have you checked fuel pressure? A few possibilities would be:

injectors stuck open, faulty fuel pressure regulator, faulty fuel pump.
