1991 Honda Civic Brake Lights not turning on

1991 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

We already replaced the break switch and we've checked all the bulbs and they are good. All other lights functioning. The fuse is connected. Why won't the brake lights work?

if the fuse tests good then must be wiring issue. check wiring at the brake switch as well as wiring harness to the taillamp assemblies
