1990 Honda Civic tire fit

I have a 1999 honda civic with new 185/14 tires.
I also have a 1990 with 175/70/r13.

will the 185/ 14 stock tires and wheels from my 99 fit onto the 1990 civic.

Maybe...but the inside of the rim needs to clear the brake calipers, and not scrape on the body...
