1990 Honda Civic head gasket

How can I fix the head gasket without spending hundreds of dollars. I heard of a chemical called "steel seal" claiming it will fix head gaskets and/or cracked heads, but my car wont even start. Can you help?

It will only last long enough for you to get it repaired it is not a guarenteed fix also, it sounds like yours is badly wrecked since the vehicle will not even start.
