Sometimes if I try to restart within a short time After shuting down I have to wait
3 -- 5 minutes. I count the blinks on the ECU and get
16, this is the case regardles if works or not. Could this be the fuel relay?

Chances are it is the fuel pressure regulator and at the worst it is the fuel pump.
