1989 Honda Civic tail lights

i was wondering how easy it would be to fix my tail lights they as the bulbs and fuses have been replaced and they have not blown or burnt... is possible to run some wires to a switch..my self i am a mechanic but electrical has always been my weekness..

What is the problem that you are facing?

If the harness is not badly damaged, which seldom happens, it would be easier to check what is wriong and some reconnections or cleaning of connections might work.
