Today I turned my temperature dial to adjust the heat temp inside of the car and it make a sound and now it won't turn at all. What is the problem? Is it easy and inexpensive to fix?

Hi tamelli,

Does the knob now feel very loose when you twist it? If yes, then most probably its base is broken, pulling it out and replacing it should solve the problem.

No, the knob is actually fully intact no cracks or nothing. The non-movement happens from behind it, behind the dashboard.

Hi tamelli,

In that case, either the lever behind the knob is broken or the connection is dislodged.
