1988 Honda Civic fuel issues

Car was running fine would chug once in a while. Now it will start but wont stay running. Seems to either not be getting enough gas or getting too much and flooding itself out .

Check for weak spark and you should also check fuel pressure at the rail. You should see about 36-38 psi.
