1988 Honda Civic check engine

yes my 88 civic when warned up check engine light comes on and cant seem to go any faster than 3000 rpm in any rear. The computer indicates an o2 but it and the throat body and cpu have been changed . Before the light comes on it can go 6000 rpm in any rear. If anyone can help please this is my baby.

Inspect and test the throttle position and manifold absolute pressure sensors.
