1986 Honda Civic car will crank over but not start

car will crank over but not start. have gas gettng to carb did just about every check for that, car gets lot of spark from all plugs, all timing marks line up so not the timng belt slipping soany other suggestions. haven't done compression test

Hi fitzz,

Test the compresson.

Check if the spark plugs are wet, could be due to flooding that would cause non start.
