Whenever I stop at a stop light my car dies and I have to restart it. I am usually a old truck guy and not sure what is going on with the little honda. I was wondering what I should replace. Hoping to keep it going for another six months. Could you give me some idea's? Thanks! Leonard

Hi Leonard,

The idling circuit is not functioning correctly and it coudl be the idling speed is adjusted too low.

If the engine cannot idle at 750 rpm, then you need to check the fuel cut solenoid located behind the carburettor, attached with a single or double wire, depending on type used.

Check for broken or detached wireharness.
