1982 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual? Miles

Hi from Dom. Republic,
my name is ing. Lewis, Computer Engineer. I bought an used 1992 Honda Civic, 4 months ago it was making 15 miles/gallon now it only makes 12 mpg.
i recently had the oil, spark plugs, air filter, gas pump changed, still the same problem. Please ! I mean please HELP !

it has a D15B engine and it's a sedan

Hi there,

I would have the compressions tested and check the valve clearances, have the ignition timing re checked and make sure that you have no fuel leaks anywhere.
