I seem to be the Honda guy.

At the mileage you have on the car I might wait. Was it ever done yet? I might wait until about 80K and do it. Using ONLY Honda Premium tranny fluid. I think it is Z1 fluid. About $3 a quart at Honda. You should need about 3 to do it. You pull the drain plug and let her run out. Takes some time since there is fluid generally in the radiator and hoses as well. You will notice that the plug serves as a collector so clean it well. Don't over fill and if you do let it drain out the plug hole.

Thanks for replying Bruce-
Thats what I think you are the HONDA Expert.

Well I got this car 2003 Honda Accord V6 with Automatic Transmission six months ago. When I went to change my engine oil from Honda Dealer the Tech Guy told me to change your transmission oil because it has completed 50K that time.
The Tech Guy told me there are two way to change the transmission Oil
1- Train and Fill $80
2- Flush using some machine $170

I don't know how to change transmission oil but I will do it from dealer but I was planning to get expert advise from you before coming in Dealer words.

Now my car has 56K miles on it.
Should I wait as I have answer you question in the beginning that I don't know if oil was changed before?

Please Advise
Thanks Again Bruce !

If you drain the entire system the tranny fluid is 6 to 7 quarts. I would personally consider looking to someone else to change the tranny fluid. I would wait until the 70 or 80k mark. I would purchase the fluid from Honda and make sure that was used. I do the work myself. Be that good or bad.
