Tach and wipers

I have a 1997 Accord with 165,000 and the tach quit working and when it quit the wipers started coming on when you give a turn signal.

Start checking the grounds. Honda has many many grounds and unless they are doing their job these can be some of the byproducts. Have you replaced or added anything lately?
