I have a honda accord 4 door 4 clinder v tech engine, 1998 and has 67,800 miles. My question is what is the averager cost of a throttle Body Service and the average cost of a Tune Up.

A tune-up will probably run under $200 BUT everything depends on what they do, include, etc. Such as, oil change, plugs, wires, cap & rotor, tranny fluid, etc. It also will depend upon what they find as problems to be addressed.

Not sure what you are looking for in a throttle body service. Cleaning?
