1987 Honda Accord LXi 2.0 pgm-fi, 134,000 miles, car starts fine, idles and runs fine but at times it will hesitate and if the engine is turned off it won't re-start. After about 15 minutes it will start and run as if nothing happened. I have replaced the distributor twice, the coil, main relay, fuel filter, cleaned the trottle body and the entire fuel system and the problem still exist and even Honda has no answer. I have had the problem for approx. 1 year tonight it happened again so I removed the 12mm. Bolt from the fuel filter inlet and cranked the engine gas shot out when I reconected the fuel line it started even my mech. Is stumped and all he said was that it is not getting spark and to change the dist. And if it happens again it is the coil he sai this almost 1 year ago and $300.00 ago the ngine is the performance engine and the car is not driven hard I USED TO BE A MECH. BUT IM LOST HERE PLEASE HELP
