Fuel gauge on '97 Accord

I just picked up a 1997 Honda Accord EX Wagon with 108k. The fuel gauge always shows full. That would be nice, but I know it's not true. I haven't had a chance to check yet, but I'll start at the fuse box. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to trace the problem if it is not a fuse?

Thanks.

Get a manual for the car. Cheap from parts store and that should give some direction. The sender from the tank passes an electrical charge to the gauge. The guage itself could be stuck. I have experienced the failed gauge which is the easiest to remedy. The cluster can be bought from a junk yard and the individual components taken out.

Thanks Bruce. I do plan on picking up a manual. I only got the car on Tuesday and haven't had much opportunity to play around with it yet.
