Hello, I just put a full tank of gas in my car. I've already driven 100 miles and my gas meter did not budge a bit. I believe the meter has malfunctioned. How can I fix it?

hi. is there a way i can get a more detailed description like with pictures and everything. i know nothing about cars and i lift the spare tire lid then i got lost. that would be great thank you!!

also is a fuel gauge also named a fuel pump?
