Fan/Radiator Shaking

2001 Honda Accord with 125,000, My wife was caught in some high water yesterday, and this morning the Fan/radiator starts shaking when the A/C is on what could be causing this?

With the car stopped, turn on the A/C to activate the fan. Observe the fan operation. Is the fan running 'true'? Is there any broken pieces on the fan. A bad fan blade will be out of balance and cause all kinds of vibration and shaking.
