Air conditioner is not cold

Honda accord, 1995, 170,000.
my air conditioner is not cold, when I turn it on, It just make air come out and it is not cold at all.

It is impossoble to diagnose the problem because there are so many variables. The most common cause of an A/C not cooling is low on refrigerant (R134A)
