'99 Honda Accord, 89k miles. When I start driving, if I try to ease the accelerator as I start, it kinda sticks or hangs and then jumps, causing a quick acceleration. Suggestion?

Check out your cable by unhooking it from the injector and having it free. How easy does the pedal move the cable. If not freely, either locate the sticking and lubricate or replace. Make sure that the injector throttle without the cable attached moves freely and smoothly. If it hangs or does not move smoothly either find where it is hanging or replace the throttle body.
