One of my belt pullys squick when I first start my car as well as grey smoke from that pully. What should I do

The belt might be in need of replacement. As a minimum, get someone to tighten the belt.

Yes I have done that replaced the belt that is. Does my car have a tension pully? Also what would cause the grey smoke coming from that pully. It is on the alternator. Ipulled the positive off the battery while still running the car and it did not cut off any thoughts :D

If the belt still smokes and the pulley is properly tensioned, please take it off and attempt to turn the alternator by hand. If there is not a smooth turning of the pulley the alternator is bad, not the electrical components but the bearing assembly.
