Do you have to remove the manifold pipe and engine cross member to replace the oil pan gasket?

Yes. If u mean that down pipe . Cross member also. Just did 1 today. Good luck man

PB blaster helped a ton getting those manifold bolts to break loose along with a torque bar gonna go finish up now hello new gaskets! 8)
