90 accord wishbone removal. lower bolt rusted in sleeve

trying to replace drivers side half shaft on 90 accord 2.2 AT. cannot break bolt that holds bottom of wishbone to lower control arm. bolt is frozen in metal sleeve that goes through rubber bushing. have tried PB blaster, breaker bar, beating (with nut on ) chisleing on sleeve, etc. ideas? don't think Heat will work due to the rubber catching on fire.

That bolt is splined , so spinning it does nothing, it must be driven out. If it is that rusted in, go to Honda, get a new bolt and beat the old one out with a big hammer, real big hammer
