The coolant from our Accord started leaking out, we noticed because the temperature gage was hotter than usual. We took it into Honda and because we bought the extended care warranty, did not expect to pay anything for a repair. Unfortunately, our Radiator was puntured by a rock, which is not covered by our warranty. They estimated the cost of a relplacement radiator to be $700. Is this correct, or do we have other options. Can we get the leak repaired without replacing the whole radiator? If not, does $700 sound right for a replacement?

No, you can't repair the old radiator but I'm sure you can get the job done a lot cheaper than that. Get a couple estimates from independent shops.
