2008 Honda Accord Grinding Noise When Braking

I hear a grinding noise when I brake, but only when I'm almost at a complete stop. The brake pads were replaced when I bought the car last December, less than a year ago. I don't feel like the brakes are slipping, but overall the car sounds a little "rough" while driving it. I don't hear the noise while I'm driving.
