I hear this grinding noise coming from the passenger wheel. I thought it was the brakes, but I had it checked out and the brakes are fine. Could it just be debris that is stuck between the wheel, tires, or axle that is causing this grinding noise? It sounds like metal grinding on metal. The noise isn't constant. I would hear it sometimes and other times I don't. I heard the grinding noise and ran over a bump and then the noise went away, but the next day driving the car I heard it again.

If the pads are OK - then I would take the brake claiper and rotor off. You will probably find a small pebble floating around in there.
