2008 Honda Accord Debris coming from vents

I have a 2008 Honda Accord and there is debris coming out of the vents. Some of it is a fine grainy like substance and some looks like small pieces of paper. I took in to the dealership and they said it was normal. I don't think its normal. Does anybody know what it can be?

A rodent could be living in the blower motor area, check the cabin filter and the blower motor for stuff in there.
