2007 Honda Accord Steering

The cars battery warninig light has come on (the baterry is new) and the steering has become so stiff that I cannot pull it out of its spot. My son had the car yesterday and claims just before he got home the car was overheating.

Check the serpentine belt. Symptoms indicates the belt could be missing or not turning.
