Hello, while driving, the headlights will dim just a little every so ofter. Also, when the wipers are on intermittent, they will stop at the off position when the car is stopped. Does this sound like a alternator problem? The battery went dead and was replaced.

The only way to tell if its the alternator is get it load tested
