2006 Honda Accord electric trunk release

manual trunk release works but electric key remote won't open trunk. Solenoid works, but lid won't release.

Hi lynnnorris,

Seems the solenoid to latch linkage is out of adjustment or dislodged.

You would have to remove the trim cover to check .
