My honda accord engine light came on. I had auto zone and mechanic check the code from their machine. Bank 1 Sensor 2 light was read off the machine. I purchase a sensor(which was the wrong one/autozone). My mechanic discovered the air filter has never been replaced. He did an oil change, replace filter.....light went off. I could feel the difference in the car. Just today, after a hard rain(1 wk later), I start the car and the light is on again. I do remember the first time the light came on, it rained all day. Whats going on with my car? The bank one sensor 2 is expensive at Autozone($194), is that the going price?

Yes $200 is a typical price for an oxygen sensor. You must replace the sensor for the light to go off for good.
