2006 Honda Accord a/c working only when gas is pressed

My ac only works when i press the gas pedal. The pressure sensor has been changed out and the compressor is working properly. It has been vacuumed and recharged and is free of leaks.

What is the idling speed?
Does the compressor engage then disengage when the A/C is turned ON?
Did you get the low and high pressure readings?
