My daughter had Kwik Kar install new wipers. They installed them backwards (swapped the long and short sides - don't know how). We have the correct wipers on the correct sides now but on the long side it appears the wiper needs to be put into a tension clip on the wiper blade assembly to maintatin the correct position on the windshield. We don't know how to make this work. As it is the wiper only contacts the windshield for about two thirds its length and the last third sweeps over the glass. How do we get the wiper blade to stay in the arm "tension" holder?

dwelsh,
Here is my opinion on Honda wipers. Never use aftermarket wipers on your Honda. The Honda wiper blades are designed for you to only have to replace the rubber inserts when they wear out. If you discard your original Honda wipers you can not replace only the inexpensive and very good quality inserts next time they are not wiping well, you will have to buy the entire blade unit. If you do get the original Honda blades back on the car at somepoint you can return to your Honda dealer whenever you need new inserts and they should install them for you for free, hopefully. We do at my Dealership. I am sorry I can't help you get what you have to work, but I would need to see it.
