Hi latrelle0421,
Two things come to mind for this problem If the tires are out of balance, vibrations would occur at certain speeds also lower ball joints can cause the same thing.
Here is a guide to help you go over a few things to get he problem fixed.

I took the car into the shop and they said what you said needs lower control arms so next time I get paid I will have the job done thank for your help :)
