2005 Honda Accord 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Driver side belt is stuck in a partially extended position. Is there an easy way to unstick it, or does it need to go to a dealer. I read on another website that there is a lifetime warranty on the seatbelt sysstem, is this true?

Seat belts or buckles are life time warranty.
