2005 Honda Accord Power Steering Pump

I replaced the power steering pump with a remanufactured one. It has a lifetime warranty. Last night I noticed the steering is hard at idle. Any suggestions?

How do you properly bleed the system? I turned the wheel gently to the right and to the left two or three times.
