o.k. i replaced front and rear turn signal bulbs and i also replaced the turn signal relay (flasher). however, the right signal flashes faster than the left side. what could be wrong now.

that is an indicator that a bulb is out on that specific side of the vehicle, not necessarily a signal bulb. it may be headlight bulb, running light, brake light etc...
