Electrical problem
2005 Honda Accord 4 cyl Automatic

Problems with the front lights, the high beam is always on, when the car is turn on, or turn off, I disconnect the fuses to turn off to correct the problem to avoid discharge the car battery. What can I do? Thanks.

PD. This model don't have day lights.
