Hi, at any speed it feels like I'm driving over bumpy road. and there is a load noise comming from the tires. I put on new tires and had an alignment done and the problem is still there. one mechanic said it is the struts with out looking at it. What could it be? is this common?

Hi there,

the struts should have been inspected before any alignment was done, i feel that this as strut problem so go get this inspected first.
