2004 Honda Accord Radio Error Message

Just recently got a message when playing my CD (6 Disc Changer) that says "CD Mecha Error". What could the problems be and how can I fix this (without buying a new system..)? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I ve never seen or heard of this rear
eject the CD and try another one
if still the same I suspect bad unit
