2004 Honda Accord lights going out

lately the lights of our car have been go out.First the turn lights then head light and now the ones inside along with the brake light stay on evon when the brake are off.now for some reason the keys don't turn all the way & we can't take them off.

Hi jose,

Seems you are having a problem with the power supply and I would suggest checking the fuses and connectors from the underhood fuse box.

Disconnect the battery terminl and see if the key can be removed.
